Ingredients
- 400g pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
- 4 eggs
- 200g pancetta or guanciale
- 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Black pepper
Method
- Cook pasta
- Mix eggs, cream and parmesan
- Stir into cooked pasta, and return to the pan for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with black pepper and extra parmesan.
